Tommy Carroll is a student majoring in Film and Television Production at the Jarvis CDM at DePaul University with a Minor in Marketing. His love for storytelling started from hearing the many tall tales from both his father and grandfather. Originally this fostered a pursuit of the arts to tell stories just like them through Theatre but became altered after several broadcasting classes in high school. Now Tommy Carroll is pursuing filmmaking with the long-term goal of starting his own production company named after his late grandfather Jim Kuzel

Leadership and perseverance are of some of the biggest traits that have been fostered in Tommy Carroll over the years. With almost a decade in the Boy Scouts of America, his odyssey to Eagle Scout was full of trials and tribulations. From instructing the tenderfoot scouts on not only how to be a good scout but how to be superb people. Organizing the equipment store, loading the trailer, and handling the distribution of supplies on campouts as Head Quartermaster. And battling nature itself on the 90-mile canoe excursion in Northern Tier, he has learned to live by the tenants of hard work and doing a good turn daily.
